Receta Banana chocolate chip Bread.!!
Instead of throwing the ripe and blackened bananas away, make a best moist banana bread for snacks. Enjoy it with scoop of ice-cream, whipped cream, fresh cream or for change sour cream .!!!

- Pre heat the oven at 350 F
- Oil the bread pan (same as you do for Cake)
- In a mixing bowl mash bananas and mash them
- Add sugar into it and mix well till it becomes slushy
- Add egg and blend well for air to buildup
- Add oil
- Swift the baking soda, salt and all purpose flour together in the mixing bowl slowly and incorporate everything together
- Lastly add chocolate chips (if using)
- Mix it very well
- Pour the batter into the bread pan
- Bake it for 1 hour at 350 degree
- (some ovens are faster, so keep checking after 40-45 minutes by poking knife or toothpick into the bread)
