Receta Banana Chocolate Mousse
I'm sure everyone loves chocolate mousse as they are great for entertaining and can be served into individual cups. Just before the weekend, I made this simply balance flavoured, chocolate mousse with some leftover overly ripe mashed bananas and layered with chocolate ganache cream. This is a very quick and simple dessert and no eggs are needed. The plus point is that it can be made one to two days ahead. You can also garnish it with some chopped nuts or berries before serving.
