Ingredientes

  • 2 lrg bananas frzn, cut into pie
  • 2 c. nonfat lowfat milk cool
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa pwdr

Direcciones

  1. In a blender, combine the bananas, lowfat milk, vanilla, and cocoa. Blend till light and frothy, about 30 seconds.
  2. Divide between 2 glasses and serve.
