Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1 pkt (3-ounce) cream cheese
  • 1 c. Packed brown sugar
  • 2 med Bananas, mashed
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. Flour
  • 3/4 c. Mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  1. In response to request for Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins, here is a recipe for a very good Banana Bread which could be made into muffins:
  2. Blend together butter, cream cheese, sugar in mixer till creamy. Add in and blend in bananas, egg and lowfat sour cream.
  3. Stir flour with chocolate chips, baking soda, baking pwdr and salt. Add in to butter mix and stir together just till mixed.
  4. Pour into buttered 5x9 loaf pan. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 to 1-1/4 hours. or possibly till edges pull from pan sides. Run a knife around edge and turn bread onto a rack. Let cold.
