Ingredientes

  • 1 env unflavored gelatin
  • 3 x Large eggs * see note
  • 6 pkt sweet n low
  • 2 med bananas sliced
  • 1/2 c. evaporated skim lowfat milk
  • 1 c. lowfat lowfat milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 x 9" cracker crumb crust

Direcciones

  1. Instead of Large eggs, you can use eggbeaters to equal 3 Large eggs. In a double boiler, soften gelatin in evaporated lowfat milk. In medium bowl, beat Large eggs and lowfat lowfat milk til frothy. Add in to double boiler. Heat over warm water stirring constantly, till mix coats a metal spoon. Remove from heat. Stir in Sweet n Low and vanilla, toss bananas in lemon juice and arrange on bottom of prepared crust. Pour filling over bananas.
  2. Chill several hrs.
