Receta Banana Crumble
This sumptuous simple Banana Crumble pairs brown sugar, and cinnamon with an oatmeal crumble topping.
Banana Crumble

- 1 Banana, sliced
- 1 Tablespoon flour
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon butter, softened, not melted
- ¼ cup oats
- Divide the sliced banana among your ramekins
in a separate bowl combine all the ingredients.
With your fingers work mixture till crumbly.
Sprinkle over bananas, crumbling further with your fingers, enough to cover.
Bake till crumble get firm and golden in color, about 10-12 minutes.
Serve warm.

Sometimes things stay the same and sometimes things change up a bit. Change can be difficult and we are always expected to embrace it.
This Thanksgiving will be the smallest I have ever had. But it will be less stressful and I have lots to be thankful for. I will miss the loud noises of everyone talking over each other, but change is good, right.
And to prove it to you, I changed up an apple crisp. I used the lone banana that was sitting on my kitchen counter.
After I tasted this plain, and with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, change is good. Very very good.
