Ingredientes

  • 2 x cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil or possibly ghee
  • 2 tsp freshly grnd coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 4 med bananas, peeled & sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. water, (to 4 tbsp)
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 4 Tbsp. lowfat sour cream or possibly yogurt, (optional)

Direcciones

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, saut garlic in oil or possibly ghee till golden brown, about I minute. Add in coriander, salt, paprika, and turmeric, and saut for about 10 seconds. Add in bananas and saut till golden, about 4 min, adding water if needed to keep from burning. 2. Just before serving, stir in garam masala. Serve with lowfat sour cream or possibly yogurt, if you like.
