- In a large skillet over medium heat, saut garlic in oil or possibly ghee till golden brown, about I minute. Add in coriander, salt, paprika, and turmeric, and saut for about 10 seconds. Add in bananas and saut till golden, about 4 min, adding water if needed to keep from burning. 2. Just before serving, stir in garam masala. Serve with lowfat sour cream or possibly yogurt, if you like.
