Ingredientes

  • 1 x Banana
  • 2 x Dates, pits removed, up to 3
  • 1 c. 1% Lowfat milk, (up to 1-1/2)

Direcciones

  1. Put banana and dates in blender. Add in a small amount of lowfat milk and blend for 1 minute. Add in remainder of lowfat milk and blend for 1 more minute. Drink up! This liquid breakfast is healthy and delicious.
