Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Whole wheat regular or possibly pastry flour
  • 1/4 c. Toasted wheat germ
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. Mashed banana (about 3 large)
  • 1/4 c. Molasses

  2. Moist, not rubbery, delicious.
  3. Combine dry ingredients and mix well until combined. Add in remaining ingredients, stir until dry igredients are just moistened.
  4. Coat an 8x4 loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Spread mix proportionately in the pan, and bake at 325 F for 40-45 min, or possibly just till a wooden toothpick inserted in the ceneter of the loaf comes clean.
  5. Let sit in pan for ten min, then cold completely on a wire rack.
