Ingredientes

  • 3 lb ripe banana mashed
  • 1 1/2 lb sugar
  • 1/2 c. lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp almond extract

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in warm oven for 1 hour. Allow to cold. Use as desired.
  2. Zosha's note: This appears to be used as a refrigerator jam, I do not see why you couldn't process in a boiling water bath. Unfortunately, no yeild is listed. I would put the almond extract in last after the cooking process.
