Ingredientes

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Mango
  • 2 Passionfruits
  • 1 cup of milk (normal, soy, almond, cashew, etc)
  • 1/2 cup of Kefir or normal yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed

Direcciones

  1. Throw everything into a blender and mix well! Taa daa!
  2. To make it extra cold you chop up all the banana and mango and put it in the freezer the night before. YUM!
