Banana Nut Bread (Food Processor)

Ingredientes

  • 2 ripe med. bananas, cut into 1 inch pcs
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. minced walnuts or possibly pecans
  • 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter, cut into 8 pcs
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Process bananas and lemon juice with steel blade till mashed (about 5 seconds). Add in 1/4 cup nuts and remaining ingredients to bananas. Process on/off 10 to 12 times or possibly till flour is just moistened. Don't overprocess.Pour into greased loaf pan. Sprinkle remaining nuts over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 65 min, till wooden pick inserted in center comes clean. Cool 15 min in pan. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
