- []Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Lightly Grease loaf pan (9 1/4 x5 1/4 x 2 1/2)
- Purée banana, sour cream,eggs, & vanilla in food processor
- Sift flour,sugar & baking soda,bk pow, &salt.
- Add remaining 10 Tab utter and mix on med-low speed until blended, about 30 secs.
- Add banana mixture in 3 batches,scraping sides of bowl & mix on med speed btw. Each addition.
- Fold in nuts.
- Pour into loaf pan. Bake until lightly brown and bread bounces back to touch, about 1 hr 10 min.
- Remove and cool for 10 min. Before turning out onto wire rack to cool completely.
