Ingredientes

  • 2 c. thinly sliced ripe bananas
  • 1/4 c. minced nuts (1/4 to 1/2)
  • 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (1 to 2)
  • 2 can Pillsbury (8 oz) Refrigerated Quick Crescent Dinner Rolls

  2. 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar1/3 c. minced nuts2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
  3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine first four ingredients and blend well. Separate one can crescent dough into two large rectangles. Place in ungreased 13 x 9 x inch pan. Press over bottom, sealing perforations. Spread banana mix over dough. Separate remaining can crescent dough into two large rectangles. Place over banana filling. Don't seal perforations or possibly edges. Bake 20 min till light golden. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, heat butter. Stir in remaining ingredients. Remove coffe cake from oven. Spread with topping. Return to oven 5-10 min till deep golden. Cold. Cut into squares.
