Ingredientes

  • 5 x -(up to)
  • 6 x Bananas
  • 1 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 pt Whipping cream
  • 1 quart Half and Half
  • 1 can (13-ounce) evaporated lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. Minced nuts Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Mash bananas. Mix with sugar, salt and vanilla. Add in cream, Half and Half, evaporated lowfat milk and nuts. Pour into ice cream freezer. Fill to line with lowfat milk. Freeze according to freezer directions.
  2. Yield: 1 gallon.
