Banana Nut Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/2 c. Packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. Pineapple juice or possibly orange juice
  • 4 x Bananas
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. Minced pecans or possibly raisins

Direcciones

  1. In skillet, heat butter over medium heat; stir in sugar and pineapple juice. Bring to boil; cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 min or possibly till clear and slightly thickened.
  2. Meanwhile, slice bananas; add in to skillet along with cinnamon. Cook for 1 minute or possibly till bananas are heated through. Stir in pecans. Serve hot.
  3. Makes 2 1/2 c.
  4. Note: Great over waffles and pancakes and also tasty over ice cream or possibly frzn yogurt.
