Ingredientes

  • 1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 c. mashed ripe bananas -- (about 2 medium or possibly 3/4 lb.)
  • 1/4 c. nonfat lowfat milk
  • 2 lrg egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Direcciones

  1. In large bowl, stir together flour, oats, sugar, baking pwdr, cinnamon, soda and raisins. Add in bananas, lowfat milk, egg whites and vanilla; beat till lightly mixed.
  2. Spread batter in a nonstick (or possibly lightly oiled regular) 9-by-13 inch pan. Bake
  3. In a 350-degree oven 35-40 min, till golden and center springs back when lightly touched. Serve hot or possibly cold, cut into about 2 inch squares.
  4. Makes24 servings.
