- In large bowl, stir together flour, oats, sugar, baking pwdr, cinnamon, soda and raisins. Add in bananas, lowfat milk, egg whites and vanilla; beat till lightly mixed.
- Spread batter in a nonstick (or possibly lightly oiled regular) 9-by-13 inch pan. Bake
- In a 350-degree oven 35-40 min, till golden and center springs back when lightly touched. Serve hot or possibly cold, cut into about 2 inch squares.
