Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Sifted flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2/3 c. Soft shortening
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Mashed bananas, (2 or possibly 3 ripe bananas)
  • 1 1/2 c. Rolled oats

Direcciones

  1. Sift together flour, baking pwdr, soda, salt, spices and sugar into a bowl.
  2. Add in shortening, Large eggs and and half the bananas.
  3. Beat till creamy, about 2 min.
  4. Mix in remaining bananas and rolled oats.
  5. Drop from a tsp. onto greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake in a moderate oven (375 (F.) 12 to 15 min.
  7. Makes about 4 dozen.
