Ingredientes

  • 2/3 c. butter
  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. smashed banana
  • 2 3/4 c. sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. minced walnuts

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs and bananas and beat till well blended. Sift together flour, baking pwdr, soda and salt. Add in alternately with lowfat sour cream to banana mix, stirring just to blend. Stir in walnuts. Spoon batter into a 9 x 5 x 2 3/4 inch loaf pan that has been greased and floured on the bottom only. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min or possibly till cake tester comes out clean. Let stand in pan on rack 20 min. Remove from pan. Cold thoroughly. Wrap in foil or possibly plastic wrap.
