Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 c. mashed bananas
  • 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. Wheat germ
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Cream together butter, sugar and Large eggs. Then add in all remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 min or possibly till knife inserted comes out clean.
