  • 1 medium banana, cut up
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 8 ounce carton strawberry yogurt
  • 1 to 2 T sugar
  • Dash of nutmeg

Direcciones

  1. In blender container, put together all ingredients. Cover; blend at medium speed 30 to 60 seconds or possibly till smooth. Serve immediately. 2 (1 cup) servings.
