Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. Kielbasa
  • 1/2 c. wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar

Direcciones

  1. Boil sausage till done. Combine all remaining ingredients; bring to a boil and simmer 2-3 min. (Double the sauce recipe if your Kielbasa is large.) When sausage is done, cold slightly and slice into bite-size pcs. Combine sausage and sauce; cover and chill for at least 24 hrs. Heat and serve.
