Ingredientes

3 lbs. pork roast or possibly beef
2 lg. onions, minced

3 c. celery, minced
8 ounce. Bar-B-Q sauce or possibly to taste

Direcciones

I cook my roast in a crock pot with onion and celery till it will chop up fine. Pour off grease and bar-b-q sauce and heat. Serve this on bun with slaw on the side.
