Ingredientes

  • 6-7 pound brisket, well trimmed
  • Onion salt
  • Garlic salt
  • Celery salt
  • Lemon pepper
  • Liquid smoke
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Bar-b-que sauce

Direcciones

  1. Generously coat brisket with first four seasonings. Shake 3 ounces of liquid smoke on top. Cover and chill overnight. Next day, season with salt and pepper and 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce. Securely seal brisket in foil and cook for 7 hrs on 275 degrees. Drain off liquid and cover brisket with bottle of barb-b-que sauce. Leave uncovered and cook one more hour.
