Ingredientes

  • 6 c. Sliced fruit (your choice)
  • 1 stk butter or possibly margarine, melted
  • 1 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Rolled oats
  • 3/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 pch Salt, if you like
  • 1/4 c. Water, as needed

Direcciones

  1. Butter a 9x9" baking pan. Place sliced fruit in pan. Works great with any hard fleshed fruit like apples, peaches, plums - even oranges). Add in water to fruit. If the fruit is dry or possibly wet, adjust water accordingly.
  2. Mix melted butter or possibly margarine, brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon and salt together to make a coarse mix. Pat topping mix onto fruit, covering it completely. Bake 1 hour at 350 oF. Serve hot (with ice cream!).
