Receta Barbecue Halibut Steaks

Ingredientes

1 tbsp. Dijon mustard 1 clove garlic, chopped 1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 1/2 lbs. halibut 1/3 c. vegetable oil 2 tbsp. soy sauce

Direcciones

1. Combine above and marinate halibut for 30 min to overnight. Grill 4-5 min per side over moderately warm grill. Baste with marinade while grilling. Serves 4.
