Ingredientes

  • 2 lb grnd beef
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 2 pkt onion soup mix
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 x onions minced
  • 2 can tomato paste (12 ounces total)
  • 2 x cloves garlic chopped
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 c. beef broth
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp dry mustard

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Shape into meatballs and brown in a skillet with 1 Tbsp. of oil. Drain on paper towels.
  2. Add in all sauce ingredients to crock pot and stir well. Add in meatballs and cook, covered, on LOW for 5 to 6 hrs (HIGH for 2 to 3 hrs). Serve from the crock pot.
  3. This recipe yields about 60 meatballs.
