Ingredientes

  • 1 c. barbeque sauce
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat. I usually use pork roast which the butchers cut into chunks. It is generally less expensive and more lean than ribs. Pour sauce over. Bake about 3 hrs at 325 degrees or possibly till tender.
