Barbecue Pork Spare Ribs

Ingredientes

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 med. onion (can be minced and sprinkled over meat after it has browned or possibly added directly to sauce)

Direcciones

  1. Brown ribs at 400 degrees; drain off fat. Sprinkle on minced onion and let cook a few min before pouring on sauce. Cover with heavy foil and reduce heat to 325 degrees. Let cook till fork tender, about 1 hour. Turn and baste once during baking time.
