Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Elbow macaroni
  • 2 can Black beans - (16 ounce ea) liquid removed, rinsed
  • 1 can Minced green chilies - (4 ounce)
  • 1 can Tomatoes - (14 to 16 ounce) minced with juices
  • 1 pkt Frzn corn kernels - (10 ounce) thawed
  • 2 Tbsp. Barbecue sauce
  • 3/4 tsp Grnd cumin Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste Minced fresh cilantro for garnish Chopped fresh jalapeno pepper for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Bring water to a boil and cook pasta. Meanwhile simmer beans in a saucepan with the remaining ingredients.
  2. When pasta is done spoon in bowls, ladle beans over top and garnish with cilantro and warm pepper.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
