Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Stewing lamb, cut in 1 1/4" cubes
  • 4 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
  • 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Warm chili oil (or possibly
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne and 1 tb Salad oil)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pch sugar

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients and marinate lamb cubes for 2 hrs in covered bowl. Drain lamb, reserving marinade for basting during barbecuing. Skewer lamb; you should have sufficient for two skewers per serving. Barbecue till browned, but still juicy. Overcooking will dull flavors. Serve with nang
