Ingredientes

  • 2 lb boneless pork loin
  • 1 x onion minced
  • 3/4 c. cola carbonated beverage
  • 3/4 c. barbecue sauce
  • 8 x sandwich buns

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients except buns in 4-qt slow-cooker. Cook, covered on high 5 to 6 hrs or possibly till very tender. Drain and slice or possibly shred pork, serve on buns with additional barbecue sauce, if you like.
  2. Note: Pork can be made 1 to 2 days ahead, cover and chill. Reheat before serving.
