Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. of dry red wine
  • 1/4 c. of red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. of low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. of vegetable oil
  • 2 x cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1/8 tsp fresh grnd black pepper
  • 4 1/2 x " thick pork chops

Direcciones

  1. Mix first seven ingredients in a glass bowl/dish. Add in pork chops, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hrs.
  2. Remove from marinade and grill on indirect heat for 5 min on each side, brushing with reserved marinade.
  3. Don't serve used marinade as a sauce without boiling it for 5 min.
  4. It will have bacteria in it from the raw meat.
