Ingredientes

  • 1 x Rattlesnake - (4 lbs) skinned, gutted, and cut into 6" pcs
  • 1 bot Italian dressing (or possibly a mix of Worcestershire sauce and lemon pepper, or possibly lemon juice, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and margarine)

Direcciones

  1. Marinate meat at least 30 min. Place meat on grill on low heat. Cook till tender.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
