Barbecued Roe Escalopes

Ingredientes

  • 1 x Fillet deer, skin and sinews removed Extra virgin olive oil, sufficient to cover the fillets entirely
  • 6 x Bay leaves
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, finely sliced Black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Take the fillet and slice horizontally through the middle and open out. Lay the fillets in a plastic bag and thin the fillets out with a meat hammer.
  2. Marinade the fillets in the marinade mix above, for 12 hrs before cooking.
  3. Barbecue each fillet for about 10 seconds on each side.
