Ingredientes

  • 5-6 pound brisket
  • 3 ounce. liquid smoke
  • Celery salt
  • Onion salt
  • Garlic salt (sparingly)
  • Worcestershire sauce

Direcciones

  1. Marinate brisket with all ingredients. Bake 5 hrs at 275 degrees with foil over meat. Uncover and pour 6 oz barbeque sauce over meat. Cook another hour without foil. Remove fat and throw away. Make gravy with pan drippings.
