Barbequed Polish Sausage

Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. Polish sausage (kielbasa)
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. maple syrup
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. mustard
  • 2 med. onions, minced coarsely

Direcciones

  1. Cut sausage into bite sized pcs. Place in 9"x13" pan; sprinkle onion over sausage. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over sausage. Bake at 300 degrees for two hrs, turning sausage over every 30 min for even browning. Remove from oven and pour over any grease. Lower oven temperature to 250 degrees and bake for another two hrs (turning periodically) or possibly till sauce is thickened. This makes a real hit!
