Ingredientes

  • 1 lb salmon fillet - (to 2)
  • 1 bot liquid smoke
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 sm chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/8 c. molasses
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients, except salmon and liquid smoke, in saucepan and simmer for 10 min. Let cold.
  2. Rub salmon with liquid smoke and let sit till marinate is cold. Marinate salmon in cooled sauce for 2 hrs.
  3. Preheat grill. Place salmon on grill skin-side down and baste often. Grill for 10 min. Brush final coating of marinate on salmon and serve.
