Ingredientes

  • 5-7 lbs. country style spare ribs
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 3/4 c. catsup
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. grated onion
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 4 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon chili pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 3 tbsp. brown sugar

Direcciones

  1. Place ribs, lean side up, in a flat pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 min. Combine remaining ingredients, boil for 5 min. Place ribs in a Dutch oven or possibly a large roaster and pour the sauce over the top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 min longer. Baste occasionally. Yield: 4 servings. (I usually always double the sauce and cook 7 to 9 pounds of meat.)
