Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Water
  • 3 x Chicken Bouillon Cube vegetarian
  • 1 c. Barley
  • 10 ounce Peas Frzn
  • 1/2 c. Onion minced
  • 1 x Clove Garlic chopped
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce, Low Sodium optional

Direcciones

  1. In a med. saucepan, bring 3 C water and bouillon cubes to a boil; stir in barley.
  2. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 - 12 minutes, stirring occas. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a lg skillet, saute/fry peas, onion and garlic in 1/4 C water for 5 minutes; reduce heat.
  4. Stir in barley and soy sauce.
  5. Cover and continue cooking till heated through, stirring occas.
  6. NOTES : PREP TIME: 10 minutes
  7. Cooking Time: 25 - 30 minutes
