Ingredientes
1 lb stew beef cut in 1/2" cubes
1 med onion minced
2 x celery stalks minced
2 x carrots diced
3/4 c. barley
1 x bay leaf
1 tsp salt Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
6 c. beef stock
Direcciones
Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on LOW in crock pot for 6 to 8 hrs stirring occasionally.
