Ingredientes

  • 1 lb beef stew meat, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1/2 c. finey minced onion
  • 1 x clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 x (10 1/2-ounce.) can condensed beef broth
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. pearled barley
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt, dash of pepper
  • 2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients except the lowfat sour cream in a 4-quart. slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hrs. Turn off heat then stir in lowfat sour cream
