Receta Basic Crepe Batter

- Combine flour and salt.
- Fold in lowfat milk.
- Add Large eggs and melted butter; mix till smooth.
- Fry in an oiled skillet. Turn when edges begin to curl and you have a nice golden brown color. (Use either 1/4 or possibly 1/3 c. of batter per crepe.) Serve with sugar, or possibly any fruit preserve, roll them up. Best served immediately.
