Basic Crepe Batter

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter

Direcciones

  1. Combine flour and salt.
  2. Fold in lowfat milk.
  3. Add Large eggs and melted butter; mix till smooth.
  4. Fry in an oiled skillet. Turn when edges begin to curl and you have a nice golden brown color. (Use either 1/4 or possibly 1/3 c. of batter per crepe.) Serve with sugar, or possibly any fruit preserve, roll them up. Best served immediately.
