- Measure all ingredients into mixing bowl. Beat till smooth. Pour scant 1/2 c. batter into lightly greased 8-inch crepe pan or possibly skillet. Tilt pan to coat bottom proportionately with batter. Cook over medium heat till brown.
- Turn crepe to brown second side. Spoon desired filling into crepe and roll. Pie fillings or possibly chocolate sauce topped with whipping cream are magnifique. Makes 8 or possibly 9 crepes.
