Ingredientes

  • 6 hard-cooked Large eggs
  • 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Cut Large eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks to a small bowl. Mash yolks, then fold in remaining ingredients till smooth. Spoon or possibly pipe into egg whites and garnish, if you like, with strips of pimento or possibly a sprinkle of paprika. Makes 12.
  2. Variation 1: Add in 2 Tbsp. pimento-stuffed olives, chopped.
  3. Variation 2: Add in 1/4 c. crisp, finely crumbled bacon.
  4. Variation 3: Omit mustard and salt; add in 2 Tbsp. anchovy paste.
  5. Variation 4: Omit vinegar; add in 1 Tbsp. liquid removed pickle relish.
  6. Variation 5: Reduce mayonnaise to 2 Tbsp.
