Receta Basic Diabetic Muffins
Great basic diabetic muffin recipe. Just add 1 cup of your favorite berry, add 1/2 cup of nuts and you're on your way!
Ingredientes
- 2 cups wholewheat flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp Splenda Blend
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup Applesauce
Direcciones
- Preheat oven 400 degrees F.
- Line muffin tin.
- Sift dry ingredients together in mixing bowl
- Mix egg, milk, oil vanilla amd Applesauce together in s seperate bowl. Add wet to dry and stir quickly and only until ingredients are barely blended. Do not beat.
- Fill muffin tin. Bake 20-25 minutes
