- Preheat oven to 425 F.Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together.
- Add in wet ingredients to dry. Add in any of fruit listed below.
- Fill muffin tin 2/3 full. Bake 18 - 20 minutes.
- fruit: 1 C. blueberries3/4 C. cherries, pitted and halved1/2 C. raisens or possibly dates1 apple, peeled and minced, plus 1 teaspoon cinnamon
