Ingredientes

  • 2 c. whole wheat flour (or possibly half unbleached white)
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/4 c. dry lowfat milk
  • 1 c. water (or possibly skim lowfat milk, omit dry lowfat milk)
  • 1 x egg (or possibly 2 egg whites)
  • 1/2 c. applesauce

Direcciones

  1. (1 Dozen)
  2. Preheat oven to 425 F.Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together.
  3. Add in wet ingredients to dry. Add in any of fruit listed below.
  4. Fill muffin tin 2/3 full. Bake 18 - 20 minutes.
  5. fruit: 1 C. blueberries3/4 C. cherries, pitted and halved1/2 C. raisens or possibly dates1 apple, peeled and minced, plus 1 teaspoon cinnamon
