Ingredientes

  • 2 c. sifted cake flour
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. soft butter
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 large eggs, unbeaten
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Set oven at 350 degrees to heat. Grease then line with waxed paper, bottom of two 8 inch layer pans, 1 1/2 inches deep. Sift into large Mix Master bowl sifted flour, sugar, baking pwdr and salt. Add in butter, mix well, add in 1 1/2 cups lowfat milk, vanilla. Beat 1/2 minute on Number 1 speed to moisten flour mix, then 2 min on Number 4 speed scraping bowl as necessary. Add in large eggs and the 1/4 cup lowfat milk, beat 1 1/2 min longer on Number 4 speed. Divide batter evenly into pans. Bake 25 to 30 min till done. Cool.
