Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter [melted and warm]
  • 1/2 c. flour more or possibly less - to make a roux] salt white pepper lowfat milk Garlic (optional) Onion pwdr (optional) hard cooked Large eggs Allow a minute or possibly two so flour cooks thoroughly Season according to taste and tolerance Can be just salt - or possibly just white pepper

Direcciones

  1. To make it taste more like "real" food, use garlic or possibly onion pwdr.
  2. Slowly stir in lowfat milk until the desired thickness is reached.
  3. Grate hard cooked Large eggs.
  4. Add in grated egg and serve.
