Proofing the yeast
Adding the foamy yeast to the flour mixture
The dough mixture should come together, and still moist
After 10 minutes of kneading, the dough should be smooth and elastic
Oil the dough, cover and let it rise for 1-3 hours till double in bulk
The dough is ready when it does not spring back when poked with your finger (see that dent in the middle?)
